In addition to providing construction management and general contracting services, our expertise includes preconstruction services and program management. Preconstruction Management

Just as a building cannot stand without a sound foundation, no construction project can be successful without thorough analysis and detailed planning prior to mobilization. Our team of forward-thinking, detail oriented preconstruction engineers provide scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, and contractor vetting services as well as logistical analysis and planning aimed at addressing as many of the project's challenges as possible prior beginning work in the field. Construction Management & General Contracting

Legacy 7 is an at-risk construction manager / general contractor equipped to handle even the largest, most complex projects cost-effectively through our merit-shop platform and outstanding subcontractor base. Our experienced and capable field teams, supported by our main office personnel, actively manage the entire project while communicating constantly with clients to create an efficient and effective project atmosphere. Our goal is to provide our clients with the most positive construction experience possible.

Program Management

Legacy 7 offers clients a comprehensive program management solution encompassing all phases of the construction process from project inception through project close-out. Legacy 7 has the capability to act as far more than an owner's representative. We aim to provide a "one-stop" solution by offering value engineered design analysis, permitting assistance, contractor vetting, and many other value-added services which create a seamless construction process for our clients.

Energy Services

Legacy 7 Energy Services helps its clients to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs by replacing obsolete mechanical and lighting equipment with cost-effective, energy efficient units as well as installing both rooftop and ground-mount solar photovoltaic systems that provide inexpensive electricity in place of standard utility provided power.

Charles has thirty-three years of construction experience in the New Jersey and New York markets. He has performed both field and office leadership roles which contribute to his unsurpassed ability to oversee multiple projects.
